I am a big fan of stationery, and while some people think that print may be dead…I disagree. If you are looking to add a special touch to your business or personal life, I would highly recommend getting greeting cards made up. I recently designed and ordered our Christmas cards from moo. I was surprised at how easy the process was online.
They have a beautiful online dashboard where you can easily customize your cards. You can design your cards with images or stock designs from moo. I must admit, I was bummed when I couldn’t find any stock designs that allowed you to upload photos. You could either pick from a stock design with no photo, just a photo (uploaded from flickr, smugmug, or picasa), or do a custom design. After looking at other sites like tinyprints or minted, I was expecting to find something of the like at moo. Alas, no luck. Luckily, I am a designer and can design my own cards. I cannot however say the same for you.
What is really nice is that you have the ability to pick 25 different designs for your cards, yet are only charged for one. That is amazing and I doubt you will find that other places. And their upload speeds are super dee duperly fast. I was surprised!
They guide you through the process nice and slow so you don’t have to worry about anything. You can edit your image: zoom, rotate, or crop. They give you the ability to add a message on the inside of the card. Ours was “Jump for joy, it’s Christmas. We hope you have a fun and relaxing holiday.” It can say whatever you want it to! Also, you can add your logo and personalize the back. That is the perfect touch for any business.
Shipping and ordering was great. They had immaculate communication with fast shipping. I chose the regular shipping and it was here a day before the estimated. Trust me, I was ecstatic!
Overall Feelings
If you are in need of some greeting cards and are looking to impress, I would look no further. Even though they are a bit costly, they are worth every penny. With great support communication, quality paper and printing, and a completely customizable card…what more could you ask for?
