motivation monday: you’re lapping everyone on the couch!

Sometimes even though we don’t want to, we need to get up and get moving. It is one thing that our body wants, begs for, actually. There are so many benefits that come with exercise, that I won’t waste your time naming them because I bet you know them.

But, when you just want to go home and sit on the couch and watch TV, just remember…it’s only 30 minutes out of your day and it will benefit you far more than that episode of Sex and the City! So Shhhhhshhh…Go for a walk, run, bike ride, walk your dog, dance, hike, or do whatever you want. Just know, YOU CAN DO IT!
