Most of us need a kick in the pants every once in a while. We get lazy, busy, or other various lines of excuses. Fitting workouts into our lifestyles is rarely easy, but it’s a must. In order to maintain health you need to make an attempt. Heck, I need to make attempts and I work for a fitness company.
I am going for a run tonight. Do I have time, sure. Do I have a crap load of other things to get done, yes. But being healthy is most important.
Here is my motivation today, what’s yours?

So get off the couch tonight and get some form of physical activity in, even if it’s just vacuuming and doing laundry!!
