With the introduction of digital cameras came the death of prints. Well maybe that is a bit extreme but it’s a truth we all know. We rarely make prints anymore. In fact, we are more likely to upload any images to Flickr or Facebook. And while there is nothing wrong with that, some still want to display their images. Our (Too Short) Trip to Michigan

Ahhh… there is nothing like relaxing in a place with a lack of cell phone reception. You are forced to do things that we once all did. Read. Look out the window. Enjoy life.

I had a blast. We did so much and in only 2 days. Next time we go…more time.

But enough jibber jabber. To the PHOTOS!

We stopped in Petoskey to visit a rally friend and his new endeavor, a micro-brewery. Rightly named, Beards Brewery, they will be the cool place to hit in this serene coastal town in Northern Michigan. And while still under construction, I left knowing that many will have a good time at Beards. Plus, we got to see it first.
Side note: Ben, pullleassse send me some delicious beer!

(I know I am a goof).

We had such a wonderful time, and I can’t wait to go back. I know I will be there in January, for SnoDrift Rally!

I remember the first day I picked up my first DSLR from Costco (hey…don’t’ judge, it was a good deal)! I was so excited that the moment I got to school I opened it up, took out the manual and began reading. I was so excited for that day of classes to be over so I could go play with my new toy.

That was 2007.

Fast forward to today. I am in love with taking photos, capturing moments, and the art of it all, and because of that I am moving forward with a new adventure.

Amanda Ingle Photography has been born, y’all!

I have been taking photos for a very long time now. I have done seniors families, and even some cute lil’ babies. But now..

I am taking my photography to a whole new level. Learning and growing with my camera is something that I have wanted to do for a long time now.

I will be starting with families, children and seniors. But who knows, maybe I will give couples, engagements, and weddings a chance down the road.
